MAXIMINO ALANIZ
EDINBURG - Maximino Alaniz, 71, died Thursday, April 26, 2012, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Alaniz had lived in Edinburg all of his life.
Maximino is survived by his wife, Emma V. Alaniz of Edinburg; seven children, Manuel (Berlinda) Salinas of San Diego, CA, Dalia Salinas of McAllen, Ricardo Daniel Alaniz, Roberto Alaniz, Yolanda (Danny) Chapa, Pedro Alaniz, all of Edinburg, and Jose Alaniz of Seatle, WA; nine grandchildren; parents, Pedro and Concepcion Alaniz of Edinburg.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, April 29, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2012, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
