DONALD WAYNE ALEXANDER
McALLEN - Donald Wayne Alexander, 59, passed away peacefully to his eternal place of rest Tuesday, February 10, 2009.
Don was born on March 24, 1949 in Harlingen, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary Jane and Albert Alexander.
Don is survived by his lifetime companion, Yolanda Gonzalez and her children, Misty (Martin) Valdez, Dustin (Patty) Gonzalez, and her grandchildren, Gillian, Sydney, and Joaquin; his only brother, Terry Alexander; and several nieces and nephews from Freeport, Texas.
He will always be remembered by many as a hardworking man with a kind and gererous spirit. Don was deeply loved by all who knew him, and he will be dearly missed.
With the most sincere appreciation we would like to thank CIMA Hospice and the Comfort House for their generosity and kindness.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 14, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
