PHARR - Alicia Soto, 60, died Sunday, November 3, 2024, at DHR Health Hospice in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her father, Gilberto Soto, Sr.
Ms. Soto is survived by her mother, Eva Soto; six siblings, Christina Garcia, Raul, Ramiro (Sandra), Joe (Chayo), Gilbert Jr., and Rene (Marissa) Soto; and 15 nieces and nephews.
The Soto family would like to thank the nurses, doctors, and staff at DHR Health Hospice. DHR Hospital and Methodist Hospital in San Antonio (Oncology Floor) for their tireless service and dedication.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Memorial service will take place at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, November 7, 2024, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment of cremated remains will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
