It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Alma Aguirre Castillo, age 65, who left us too early and peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Alma was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Antonio (Tony) Castillo, and a cherished mother to her three children: Michael (Celina), Alina (Pete), and Sabrina (Pilar). She took immense pride in her role as a grandmother to her grandchildren, Ezrah, Kailani, and Athena, who brought her endless joy and laughter.
Alma was born to Ramiro Aguirre Sr. and Maria Guadalupe Segura, both of whom have passed away. She is survived by her loving siblings: Ida (Artemio) Contreras, Mary (Javier) Villegas, José (Maggie) Aguirre, Beatriz (Jorge) Gonzalez, Rene Apps, and Ricky Apps.
Alma had a profound love for life, which was evident in her passion for traveling, particularly on cruises where she found solace and adventure. She held a special fondness for lighthouses, drawn to their beauty and symbolism of guidance and hope. Whether exploring new destinations or simply enjoying the warmth of family gatherings, Alma treasured every moment spent with her loved ones.
Her vibrant spirit and loving nature left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Alma's legacy will live on through the cherished memories she created with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her kindness, laughter, and unwavering love.
