Lydia Arcaute, 85, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021, at her residence in San Juan.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Armando Arcaute Sr.; a daughter, Emily Arcaute; her parents, Manuel and Emilia Salinas; and two brothers, Rene Salinas, and David R. Salinas.
Mrs. Arcaute is survived by her two children, Armando (Micaela) Arcaute Jr., David Edward (Susan) Arcaute; eight grandchildren, Noe Ramirez Jr., Joe A. Castillo, Karina R. Arcaute, Matthew A. Arcaute, Claraine McCarthy, Clariza Rizalado, Carlo Rizalado, Claudette Mandujano; numerous great-grandchildren; three siblings, Eliud Salinas, Omar Salinas, and Manuel Salinas.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. prayer service Monday, March 15, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
