ADAN BAZAN EDINBURG - Adan Bazan, 65, died Monday, May 4, 2015, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. Mr. Bazan was born and raised in Mission, and had lived in Edinburg for the past 34 years. He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in San Carlos. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Benito Bazan and Amado Bazan. Adan is survived by his wife, Gloria Bazan of Edinburg; seven children, Lorenzo Bazan, Erica Bazan, both of Edinburg, Victor Bazan, Javier Bazan, Annaliza Bazan, Sergio Bazan, Hector Bazan, all of Mission; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; five brothers, Jesus Bazan, Leonides Bazan, Raul Bazan, Arnulfo Bazan, Alfredo Bazan, all of Mission; and ten sisters, Zoila Casillas, Ofelia Garza, Maria Tapia, Eva Bazan, Minerva Solis, Martina Bazan, Elva Rodriguez, Dora Bazan, Petra Bazan, Elvira Bazan, all of Mission. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, May 6, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2015, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in San Carlos. Interment will follow at San Jose Cemetery in Mission. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
