RAUL DELFINO CABRERA
ALAMO – Raul Delfino Cabrera, 69, died Saturday, November 26, 2016 in Edinburg.
Born in Mexico City, Mr. Cabrera lived in Alamo most of his life. He was a brave man and, after becoming ill he fought until the end. Mr. Cabrera was a very positive man who would always have a warm smile on his face and could make anyone else smile as well with his quick wit. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Cabrera will forever be remembered as someone who would always brighten your day.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Luis Cabrera and Santa Perez; and two siblings, Rafael Cabrera and Gerardo Cabrera.
Mr. Cabrera is survived by his wife, Maria e. Cabrera of Alamo; two sons, Jesus (Maria) Cabrera of Cedar Park. Nick Cabrera of Alamo; four daughters, Mary Cabrera of Round Rock, Aracely Cabrera of Alamo, Claudia (Jamin) Duncan if Brandon, MS, Angelyca (Carson) Reihsen of Dallas; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Gloria Cabrera and Maria Luis Cabrera, both of Mexico City.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Sunday, November 27, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m., Monday, November 28, 2016, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
