BENITO CANO III
EDINBURG – Benito Cano III, 48, died Wednesday, June 8, 2009 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Cano was born in Edinburg and had lived there all of his life. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. He was a very loving husband, father and son and will be deeply missed by his family.
He is preceded in death by his father, Benito Cano, Jr.
Mr. Cano is survived by his wife of 24 years, Angie Cano; two sons, Benny Cano IV and Benjamin Cano; his mother, Damiana Cano all of Edinburg; two sisters, Norma Graves of Cedar Park, Texas and Nora Carrizales of Kingsland, Texas.
A rosary was held on Thursday, June 9, 2009, at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today, June 10, 2009, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
The family would like to give a special thanks to all the ICU staff at Edinburg Regional Medical Center who cared for Mr. Cano.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
