DR. ROGELIO CANO EDINBURG - Dr. Rogelio Cano, 58, died Friday, April 17, 2015, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center. Born in McAllen, TX, Dr. Cano had lived in Edinburg most of his life. He was a loving father, husband and grandfather. He enjoyed playing golf and barbecuing for his family while watching the Dallas Cowboys. Rogelio is survived by his wife, Cynthia Cano; three sons, Rogelio Cano, Jr., David Omar Cano, Edward Bernardo Cano; one daughter, Cynthia Maegan Cano; a grandson, Devin Bernardo Cano; a granddaughter on the way; his mother, Enedina Cano; two siblings Ruben Cano, Jr. and Olga De La Rosa. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service Sunday, April 19, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Monday, April 20, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
