RAMON CANTU JR.
SAN JUAN - Ramon Cantu Jr., 58, passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at McAllen Heart Hospital.
Ramon served Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office for 20 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon Cantu Sr. and Carolina Acuna Cantu; and a granddaughter, Victoria Duran.
Ramon is survived by two children, Ramon (Samantha) Cantu III, Bianca (Bruce) Duran; five grandchildren, Alicia Duran, Sloan Cantu, Ramon Cantu IV, Savanna Cantu, Robert Cantu; a sister, Carolina Cano; and a brother, Miguel Angel Cantu.
Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
