Felipa Carrillo

FELIPA CARRILLO ALAMO – Felipa Carrillo, 92, died Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at McAllen Medical Center. Born in Guanajuato, Mexico, she had lived there most of her life and recently in Alamo. She is preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe and Fidencia Carrillo; two brothers; and one sister. Felipa is survived by her four children, Pablo Mujica, Modesta Juarez, both of Alamo, Maria Chavarria of Pharr, and Josefina Mujica of Mexico; 26 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren; a brother, Cliofas Carrillo of Weslaco. A rosary was held Thursday, April 17, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. today, April 18, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
