JUANA CASTILLEJA EDINBURG - Juana Castilleja, 92, died Sunday, May 4, 2014, at her residence in Edinburg. Born in Misssion, Mrs. Castilleja had lived in Edinburg most of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Castilleja. Juana is survived by five sons, Juan (Lupe) Salinas, Rene (Eva) Salinas, Noe (Irene) Salinas, Carlos (Olga) Castilleja, Jr., Ricardo (Sylvia) Castilleja, all of Edinburg; two daughters, Becky (Tino) Riojas and Olga Sanchez; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. talk Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
