Santos Castillo

SANTOS CASTILLO ALAMO - Santos Castillo, 98, died Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at San Juan Nursing Home. Mr. Castillo was born in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and lived in San Juan, TX most of his life. He is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Cresencia Castillo; a brother, Pedro Castillo; two nieces, Ricarda Castillo and Marcela Gomez. Mr. Castillo is survived by his wife, Martiniana T. De Leon, of Alamo; a brother, Jose Concepcion Castillo, of Fairfield, CA; two nieces, Eva (Bobby) Watts, of Donna, Hortencia Flores, of Hollister, CA; a nephew, Aniceto Lopez, of Edinburg; four grand-nephews, Justin and Joshua Watts, Rudy and Roberto Gomez; four grand-nieces, Trisha Watts, Liza Vega, Bo Garcia and Rosie Ybarra. Visitation will be held from 5 – 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary, today, April 11, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Friday, April 12, 2013, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan
