EDINBURG - Estefana P. Davila, 82, died Monday, July 18, 2011 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
Born in Montemorelos, N.L., Mexico, Ms. Davila had lived in Edinburg all of her life and was a member of Iglesia de Dios del Septimo Dia in McAllen.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Anselmo and Sara Davila; four sisters, Elvira Montes, Sara Barrientes, Maria Luna and Ninfa Rodriguez; and two brothers, Heverto Davila and Anselmo Davila
Ms. Davila is survived by two brothers, Eliseo Davila of Corpus Christi, Texas, Carlos Davila of Reynosa, Tamps., Mexico; and three sisters, Delia Rodriguez of McAllen, Margarita Martinez of Dallas, Texas and Martha Castilleja of Edinburg.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, today, July 19, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 East Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
