Graciela "Gracie" De Leon

Graciela "Gracie" De Leon, 54, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at Grand Terrace Rehabilitation and Health Care.
She was very loving, caring and giving. She will be greatly missed by all.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Narciso and Cristina De Leon; a sister, Alicia Campos; a brother, Daniel De Leon; and a great-nephew, Gabriel Osiris Vera.
Ms. De Leon is survived by her three siblings, Cristela (Amadeo) Cano of Pharr, Eduardo De Leon of Dayton, TX and Rogelio De Leon of San Juan.
Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2022, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of San Juan
