SAN JUAN - Ivan Diaz, 40, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Mission Regional Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Guillermina G. Diaz. Mr. Diaz is survived by his two children, Alan Diaz, Kevin Diaz; step-son, Saul Ivan Gaona Medrano; mother of his children, Maria Esmeralda Medrano Coronado; a sister, Georgina M. Diaz; his brother, Francisco Diaz Jr.; and his niece, Emma M. Ponce. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, September 3, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
