EDINBURG – Eliberto De Leon, 92, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2024, at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Edinburg.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Angelita R. De Leon; and numerous siblings.
Mr. De Leon is survived by nine children, Arnoldo (Sally) De Leon, Irene (Reuben) Rodriguez, Celia De Leon, Jorge De Leon, Norma (Javier) Guerrero, Israel (Mary) De Leon, Mario (Genoveva) De Leon, Rachel (Randy) Narro, Ismael (Maria) De Leon; 25 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
