ELIZABETH LOPEZ
PHARR- Elizabeth Lopez, 60, died Wednesday, January
10, 2024, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Angel
Lopez; her parents, Martin and Elisa Gomez; a brother,
Miguel Hernandez.
Mrs. Lopez is survived by her two children, Yvonne
(Armando) Lopez, Miguel Lopez; five grandchildren,
MaKayla Lopez, AJ Garza, Aubrey Garza, Ariana Garza,
Andrew Garza; two siblings, Leticia (Joe) Leal, and Annie
(Alvaro) Navarro.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m.
prayer service Monday, January 15, 2024, at Memorial
Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place
at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at Memorial
Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Palm
Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial
Funeral Home in San Juan.
