MARGARITA LINA ELIZALDE
PHARR- Margarita Lina Elizalde, 68, went home to our Lord Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen.
Mrs. Elizalde was born in Durango, Mexico and lived in Pharr most of her life.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Inocente Elizalde and a granddaughter, Gabriella Torres.
Mrs. Elizalde is survived by three sons, Hugo Roberto (Margarita) Martinez, Luciano Angel (Marie C.) Martinez, Juan Pablo (Maria Isabel) Martinez all of San Juan; four daughters, Guadalupe Santos Alcala of Mexico, Maria Elizalde of Pharr, Isabel Irene (Cecilio) Torres of San Antonio, Rosie (Germain) Moreno of Pharr; 23 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one brother, Hermelindo Alcala of Mexico.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service Thursday, October 18, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m., Friday, October 19, 2018, at Aposento Alto Church in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
