ALAMO– Enrique Javier Sanchez, 84, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024, at McAllen Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Anabel Ramos; his parents, Enrique Javier Sanchez and Thomasa Zavala; his two siblings, Raul Sanchez and Reyna Sanchez
Enrique is survived by his wife, Georgina Roman Sanchez; four children, Enrique Javier (Tasha) Sanchez III, Mona Monic (Alexis) Sanchez, Emmanuel (Delfina) Salgado, and Elizabeth (Jeff) Casas; eight grandchildren, Audrey, Johnny (Katie), Jason (Daisy), Andrea, Brittany, Tito, Meyah, Gabriela; four great- grandchildren, Atom, Elenor, Sierra, Josiah; god-daughter, Laura Martinez; and a niece, Linda Anaya.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary, Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.Memorial service will take place at 12:30 p.m Monday, December 30, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
