FELICIANO E. CHAVEZ
EDINBURG – Feliciano E. Chavez, 85, passed away Friday, April 12, 2024, at Briar Cliff Nursing and Rehabilitation in McAllen.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Norma A. Garza; parents, Atanacio Chavez and Claudia Elizondo; and his sister, Rachel Partida.
Mr. Chavez is survived by his wife, Maria Chavez; four children, Marisela (Hector) Ochoa, Cindy (Luis) Casas, Jose Chavez, Melissa (Darrell) Sanchez; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and his brother, Ignacio Chavez.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Phar.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
