Gloria F. Flores

EDINBURG - Gloria F. Flores, 83, went home to our Lord Friday, February 19, 2021, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Flores was born in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, MX, and later immigrated to McAllen. She worked as a seamstress for many years, making wedding dresses and other formal attire. Mrs. Flores lived her last loving years with her eldest son in the city of Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Guadalupe J. Flores; and her parents, Manuel Farrera and Hermicenda Nucamendi.
Mrs. Flores is survived by her three children, Eduardo (Melida Marquez) Esponda of Mission, Ofelia Guadalupe (Manuel Ochoa) Flores of Dallas, and Julia Esponda of Mexico; 13 grandchildren; and three sisters.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Monday, February 22, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
