GUADALUPE FLORES
EDINBURG - Guadalupe Flores, 71, died Monday, August 29, 2016, at his residence in McAllen.
Born in Edinburg, Mr. Flores had lived in McAllen most of his life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Ascension Flores; two brothers, Oscar Flores and Greg Flores; and a sister, Manuela Garza.
Guadalupe is survived by his wife, Dalia Flores of McAllen; eight siblings, Victor Flores of McAllen, Miguel Flores of Mesquite, TX, Juan Flores of Edinburg, Noelia Flores Mendoza of Azle, TX, Armandina Martinez of Arlington, TX, Trinidad Mendoza of Washington, Margarita Hernandez of Wyoming, and Cristobal Flores of Mineral Wells, TX.
Visitation will take place from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, August 31, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2016, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
