Alamo - Dalia Mancias Gallegos, 50, died Saturday, September 3, 2011, at her residence in Alamo.
Dalia was born in Pharr and lived in Alamo for seven years. She was a member of Iglesia Cristo la Roca in San Juan and was an employee at Doctors Hospital at the Renaissance in Edinburg.
She is survived by her husband, Narciso Gallegos Jr. of Alamo; five children, Joshua, David, Javier J., Jaime Jr, and Selena Garza all of Austin, Tx; a step-daughter, Erica C. Miranda of Edinburg; four grandchildren; parents, Remigio and Carlota Mancias of Pharr; siblings, Gracie Mancias, Norma Coss, Javier Mancias, Remigio Mancias Jr. and Maria del Rosario Gonzalez.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 pm, with a 7 pm rosary today, September 4, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 am Monday, September 5, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
