AURORA CAMPOS GALVAN

EDINBURG – Aurora Campos Galvan, 93, died Monday, June 22, 2009, at her
residence in San Juan.
Born in San Carlos, Tamps., Mexico, Mrs. Galvan had lived in San Juan all
of her life. She was a member of Iglesia Nueva Jerusalem of San Juan.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Campos; five sons,
Gilberto, Reynaldo, Juan, Roberto Campos and Rene Pena; and her parents.
Mrs. Galvan is survived by six daughters, Irma (Marcelino) Segura of
Reynosa, Tamps., Mexico, Dora Campos, Irene Calvillo, Maria Morales,
Guadalupe Garza and Gloria Morales, all of Edinburg; a son, Rogelio
Izaguirre of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico; two sisters, Consuelo Lozoya of
Ramirez, Mexico and Maria Cardenas of Raymondville; numerous
grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and
nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today,
June 24, 2009, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton, in Edinburg.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2009, at Iglesia
Nueva Jerusalem in San Juan. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial
Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in
Edinburg.
