Raquel Reyna Garces

RAQUEL REYNA GARCES EDINBURG – Raquel Reyna Garces, 66, died Friday, June 12, 2015, at San Juan Nursing Home. Born in Edinburg, Mrs. Garces had lived there all of her life. Mrs. Garces was a loving mother and adored each and every one of her grandchildren. She was a hard worker and enjoyed gardening. Mrs. Garces will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, Policarpio and Julia Reyna; and a brother, Policarpio Reyna, Jr. Mrs. Garces is survived by two daughters, Leticia (Jose) Villarreal and Amy (Erasmo) Rodriguez; four grandchildren, Anyssa, Coryna, Samantha, Eduardo; four sisters, Rosa Garcia, Ofelia Garcia, Delia Vasquez and Oralia De La Garza, all of Edinburg. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, June 12, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place 1 p.m. Saturday, June 13, 2015, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
