DONNA - Andrew Nathan Garcia, 4, died Monday, February 15, 2010 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco.
Andrew was born in Edinburg and had lived in Donna most of his life.
He is preceded in death by his father, Hilario Fabian Garcia; an aunt, Bertha Lopez; and his great-grandmother, Vicenta M. Garcia.
Andrew is survived by his mother, Yolanda Gutierrez; a brother, Hilario Fabian Garcia, Jr., both of Donna; paternal grandparents, Hilario and Maria Elena Garcia of San Juan; maternal grandmother, Guadalupe B. Gutierrez of Mission; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, today, February 18, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Friday, February 19, 2010 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
