EDINBURG – Francisca Garcia 80, died Tuesday, December 20, 2016, in Monterrey, Mexico.
She was born in Mexico and lived in Edinburg most of her life.
Mrs. Garcia is preceded in death by her son, Ramiro Hernandez; a daughter, Delfina Hernandez.
Francisca is survived by her husband, Panfilo Garcia of Edinburg; six children, Fernando (Juanita) Hernandez of Mexico; Hilda (Felipe) Hernandez of Dallas, Mayra (Vicente) Hernandez, Mario Hernandez and Emmanuel Salazar all of Edinburg, Ricardo (Lea) Hernandez of Houston; numerous grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, December 23, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral Service are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Edinburg.
