Isidoro Ortega "Lolo" Garcia

ISIDORO "LOLO" ORTEGA GARCIA PHARR - Isidoro Ortega Garcia, 67, died Monday, January 5, 2015, at Solara Hospital in McAllen. Mr. Garcia was born in Pharr and had lived there all of his life. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Elisa Garcia; a son, David Garcia; and his only brother, Jose Garcia. Isidoro is survived by his wife of 41 years, Maria Gloria Garcia, of Pharr, two sons: Jose Santos Garcia, of Pharr, Jamie (Angie) Garcia, of San Antonio, five grandchildren, and two sisters, San Juana Garcia and Elida Garcia, both of Pharr. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Interment of cremated remains will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, January 9, 2015, at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
