ALEJANDRO “ALEX” GARZA
EDINBURG – Alejandro “Alex” Garza, 67, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023, at his residence in Edinburg.
Mr. Garza was a veteran of The United States Army.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ofelia Garza; parents, Juanita and Alfredo Garza Sr.
Mr. Garza is survived by his two children, Erica Garza (Robert) Saenz of Edinburg, Alejandro (Mary Estella) Garza Jr. of Edinburg; three step-children, Jaime (Sandra) Gonzalez of Donna, Erica Gonzalez of Edinburg, Aaron Gonzalez of Houston; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Alfredo Garza Jr.; and two nieces of San Antonio.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. chapel service Monday, May 1, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
