ESTHER GARZA
ALAMO- Esther Garza, 62, died Monday August 10, 2009 at her residence in Alamo.
Born in General Teran, N.L., Mexico, Mrs. Garza had lived in Alamo for the past 36 years.
She is preceded in death by a daughter, Maria Medina.
Mrs. Garza is survived by her husband, Alberto Garza of Alamo; a daughter, Hilda Garza of Harlingen; three sons, Eliud Garza of Alamo, Bernardo Garza of Mexico and Alberto Garza Jr. of Weslaco; 17 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; her mother, Tomasa Gonzalez of China, N.L., Mexico; five brothers, Guadalupe, Ramiro, Arturo, Raul and Jesus Garza, all of Mexico; two sisters, Juana and Diamantina Garza, both of Mexico.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today, August 11, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
