SAN JUAN – Golfredo Garza, 72, died Friday, October 1, 2010, at Denton Regional Hospital in Denton, Texas.
Born in Falfurrias, Texas, Mr. Garza had lived in San Juan all of his life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Julio and Irene Garza; three brothers, Clemente, Gilbert, Alejandro Garza and a sister, Maria Garza.
Mr. Garza is survived by a brother, Julio L. Garza of Edinburg; sister, Ramona Garza of San Juan and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 pm, with a 7 p.m. rosary Today, October 4, 2010, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
