JOSE DANIEL “LITTLE DOG” GARZA
EDINBURG – Jose Daniel “Little” Dog” Garza, 22, died Friday, August 26, 2011, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.
Jose was born in Edinburg and had lived there all of his life. He was a member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Pharr.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Maria Olivia Flores; paternal grandparents, Daniel Garza Sr. and Juanita Garza.
Jose is survived by his parents, Daniel Jr. and Carmen Garza; a sister, Karina Daniella Garza, all of Edinburg; maternal grandfather, Gumaro Flores, of Pharr; four uncles, Gabriel (Cristina) Garza, Gumaro (Monica) Flores Jr., both of McAllen, Jose Alfredo Flores, of Pharr; and three aunts, Eliza Garza, of Edinburg, Maribel Flores, of Pharr, Gracie Garza, of Wisconsin.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 pm, with a 7 pm rosary today, August 30, 2011, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 am Wednesday, August 31, 2011, at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
