EDINBURG - Jose Rodolfo Garza, 76, entered eternal rest Sunday, July 2, 2017, at his residence in Edinburg.
Born in Elsa, Mr. Garza had lived in Edinburg most of his life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Tomas and Teresa Garza; and a sister, Genoveva Garza Flores.
Mr. Garza is survived by his wife, Antonia Garza; daughter, Cristela Elizabeth (John) Chapa; two grandsons, Devon Michael Chapa and Dylan Edward Chapa all of Edinburg; and a brother, Armando Garza, of Weslaco.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Tuesday July 4, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
