CHILDRESS, TX – Gloria R. Gonzalez, 74, died Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
Born in San Juan, she had lived in Childress, Texas for 28 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Petra Reyna.
Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by her husband, Lisandro Gonzalez Sr., of Childress, Texas; a son, Lisandro Gonzalez Jr., of San Juan; a daughter, Lisa M. Gonzalez, of Childress, Texas; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Ismael Reyna, of Rosedale, Illinois; and a sister, Isabel Torres of Mission.
A rosary was held Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today, April 19, 2012, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
