ALAMO - Isabel F. Gonzalez, 89, died Monday, December 7, 2009, at her residence in Alamo.
Born in Brownsville she had lived in Alamo most of her life and was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church.
Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by her husband, Mario Gonzalez; five children, Mario M. (Mary Alice) Gonzalez, Jr., Gilberto (Yolanda) Gonzales, Fernando (Francisca) Gonzalez, Javier (Diana) Gonzalez, and Irene Gonzalez, all of Alamo; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Josefina Webber, of Monte Alto.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 pm, with a 7 pm rosary today, December 9, 2009, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 am Thursday, December 10, 2009, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Alamo.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
