JESUS T. GONZALEZ
Edinburg – Jesus T. Gonzalez, 77, entered eternal rest on Sunday, April 18, 2010, at Comfort House in McAllen.
Born in Nopal, Texas, Mr. Gonzalez had lived in Edinburg all of his life and he was a member of Nuevo Templo Emmanuel in Edinburg.
He is preceded in death by two sons, Jesus Gonzalez Jr. and Aaron Gonzalez; his parents, Rev. Miguel Gonzalez and Virginia T. Gonzalez and a sister, Virginia Pedraza.
Mr. Gonzalez is survived by his wife, Jesusa M. Gonzalez; two sons, Daniel Gonzalez and Jaime (Sandra Oliva) Gonzalez all of Edinburg; four grandchildren; four brothers, Noe Gonzalez, Adan Gonzalez and Abel Gonzalez all of Edinburg and Miguel Gonzalez of Houston, Texas; four sisters, Lucia Sanchez of St. John, Indiana, Gumecinda Herrera of Tampa Bay, Florida, Anita Ramusack of Hobart, Indiana and Eva Mendoza of Galveston, Texas; numerous nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, today, April 22, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Friday, April 23, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
