REYNALDO GONZALEZ EDINBURG — Reynaldo Gonzalez, 47, died Saturday, February 7, 2015, at Dimmit County Memorial Hospital in Carrizo Springs, TX. Born in McAllen, Mr. Gonzalez had lived in Edinburg most of his life. He is preceded in death by his father, Victor Gonzalez. Mr. Gonzalez is survived by his wife, Aida Gonzalez; two daughters, Felissa Gonzalez, Gabriela Villarreal; his mother, Candelaria Gonzalez; nine siblings, Antonio Gonzalez, Juan Gonzalez, Mario (Esmer) Gonzalez, Lupita (Armando) Partida, Maria Del Rosario Gonzalez, Cristina Gonzalez, Marisela (Orlando) Sanchez, Jesus (Michelle) Gonzalez, Maribel (Eric) Rodriguez; his father-in-law, Elfido Villarreal; his mother-in-law, Fela Villarreal; and numerous nieces and nephews, all of Edinburg. He was a loving husband, father and hard working man. Mr. Gonzalez was also an outdoors man who enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching his favorite show WWE wrestling. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 12, 2015, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
