ROSA S. GONZALEZ EDINBURG - Rosa S. Gonzalez, 61, died Monday, February 17, 2014, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Gonzalez lived in Donna most of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Juan Gonzalez; and a daughter, Maria C. Gonzalez. Rosa is survived by a son, Juan Miguel Gonzalez; two daughters, Patricia Gonzalez, Leticia Gonzalez, all of Edinburg; two brothers, Oscar Sustaita of Bixby, OK, Abel Sustaita of Corpus Christi, TX; a sister, Delia Castillo of Donna; and her beloved Yorkie, Disney Gonzalez. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, February 19, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 20, 2014, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
