LINCOLN GRUBBS
ALAMO - Lincoln Grubbs, 81, died Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
Mr. Grubbs was born in Shelby County, Kentucky. He was an Army Air Corp. and a disabled veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lincoln and Geraldine Grubbs; and a brother, Allen Grubbs.
Mr. Grubbs is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Grubbs of Alamo; a daughter, Karen Grubbs (Michael) Woodward of Edgewood, Kentucky; two sons, Gary Lin Grubbs of Fort Worth, Texas and David Alan Grubbs of Crestwood, Kentucky; two brothers, Edward Bradley Grubbs of California, Gerald Ray Grubbs of Garland, Texas; a sister, Levona Jervis of Louisville, Kentucky; 11 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., today, June 12, 2009 at Donna United Methodist Church.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
