TAMMY JEAN GUADIAN EDINBURG - Tammy Jean Guadian, 44, died Monday, October 1, 2012, at her residence in Edinburg. Mrs. Guadian was born in Dekalb, Ill and had lived in Edinburg for the past 2 years. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, William L. Shields; maternal grandfather, Ernest H. McKibben. Tammy is survived by her husband, Victor R. Guadian of Edinburg; four children, Jessica Rae Guadian, Devyn Michael Guadian, Adin Gene Alfaro Guadian, all of Edinburg, and Deanna Christine Townsend of Bakersfield, CA; parents, Gene and Annette Shields of Rockford, Ill; sister, Stephanie Renee Shields of Rockford, Ill; Niece, Amanda Bell of Rockford, Ill; paternal grandmother, Edna Shields of Dekalb, Ill; maternal grandmother, Marjorie McKibben of Dekalb, Ill; father-in-law, Felix Alfaro Guadian of New Braunfels, TX; mother-in-law, Rita Guadian of New Braunfels, TX; and numerous relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today, October 5, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
