MARIA DE JESUSA GUERRA
SAN JUAN – Maria De Jesusa Guerra, 85, went home to our Lord, Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at San Juan Nursing Home.
Mrs. Guerra was born in San Juan, Texas and lived in San Juan all of her life.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ismael Guerra.
Mrs. Guerra is survived by three children, Alicia (Juventino) Avila of Chicago, IL, Israel Guerra of San Juan, Lionel (Diane) Guerra of Hammond, IN; six grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5 to p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary today, October 26, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 12 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
