EDINBURG – Teresita T. Gutierrez, 61, died Thursday, June 24, 2010, at Comfort House in McAllen.
Born in Monte Alto, Mrs. Gutierrez had lived in Pharr most of her life.
She is preceded in death by her father, Luz Torres, and a brother, Frank Torres.
Mrs. Gutierrez is survived by her husband, Nicolas Gutierrez, of Pharr; two sons, Reynaldo (Maribel) Torres, of McAllen, Ramon Gabriel Gutierrez, of Pharr; a daughter, Gabriella Marie Gutierrez, of Pharr; two grandchildren; her mother, Lorenza Diaz, of La Blanca; three brothers, Tony Morales, of Minnesota, Victor Morales and Gilberto Morales, both of La Blanca; two sisters, Sylvia Moreno, of San Carlos and Carolina Mata, of La Joya; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m., with a 7 pm rosary today, June 27, 2010, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 East Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 28, 2010, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
