TOLEDO, OHIO – Manuel Hernandez, 52, died Thursday, April 19, 2012, in Toledo, Ohio.
Born in Toledo, Ohio, Mr. Hernandez lived there for ten years and was formerly of Dallas, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his father, Guadalupe Hernandez; a brother, Juan Jose Hernandez; a nephew, Charlie Hernandez; paternal grandparents, Victor and Consuelo Hernandez; maternal grandparents, Leopoldo and Maria Ledesma Martinez; and two uncles, Gustavo and Juan Hernandez.
Mr. Hernandez is survived by two daughters, Lisa Monic Hernandez and Liana Hernandez, both of San Antonio, Texas; four grandchildren, Lucas, Jonas, Juno and Jase Hernandez; his mother, Maria Belia Hernandez, of Toledo Ohio; four brothers, Victor Hernandez, of McAllen, Lupe Hernandez, of San Antonio, Texas, Martin Hernandez, of Pharr, Jesse Hernandez, of San Juan; five sisters, Helen Hernandez, of Edinburg, Rosie Hernandez, Sylvia Hernandez, both of Toledo, Ohio, Ana Hernandez, of Detroit, Michigan, Monica Hernandez, of Pharr.
Visitation will be held 3 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary, today, April 26, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2012, at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
