PHARR – Piedad “Beva” P. Hernandez, 76, died Saturday, January 23, 2010, at her residence in Pharr.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfredo Hernandez, Sr.; and her parents, Roman and Teodora Puente.
Mrs. Hernandez is survived by a son, Alfredo Hernandez, Jr.; two daughters, Mandy (Jaime) Reyna and Dolores Hernandez; three grandchildren, Dustin, Dezarae and Ryan; a sister, Maria Puente; and a brother, Ramon Puente.
Visitation will be held from 10 am to 1 pm at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan Wednesday, January 27, 2010, followed by a 2 pm funeral service at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
