HILDA SANCHEZ PACHECO

ALTON – Hilda Sanchez Pacheco, 79, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024, in McAllen, Texas. 

She is preceded in death by her partner, Gilberto Garcia; son, Andres Sanchez; and two siblings, Juan Jesus Guerra and Francisco Pacheco. 

Hilda is survived by her eight children, Nora Hilda (Rolando) Castellano, Jesus Sanchez Jr., Bertha Elena Solis, Sandra Isabel (Jerry) Castillo, Dalia Edith (Rodrigo Ventura) Sanchez, Agustin (Anissa) Sanchez, Zulema Sanchez, Armando Arnoldo Sanchez; 22 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Friday, August 16, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, August 17, 2024, at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Mission. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
