DANIEL IBARRA EDINBURG — Daniel Ibarra, 55,died, Friday, January 3, 2014 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center. Daniel was born in San Juan but had lived in Edinburg most of life. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Guadalupe and Julia Ibarra. Mr. Ibarra is survived by his wife, Diana Ibarra; four sons, Michael (Angie) Ibarra of Edinburg, Joe Daniel (Linda) Ibarra of Edinburg, Oscar (Monica) Ibarra of McAllen, Alberto (Celinda) Ibarra of Edinburg; one daughter, Cristina Ibarra of Edinburg; Eight grandchildren; one great-grandson; three brothers, Jose Guadalupe Ibarra, Jr., Jesus Ibarra, Leroy Ibarra; five sisters, Delia Vela, Dalia Ibarra, Sally Ibarra, Sandy Ibarra, and Julia Ibarra all of Edinburg. Visitation will held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service today, Sunday, January 5, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Monday, January 6, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Edinburg. Entombment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
