Cynthia Ann Jackson, 62, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022, at her residence in Pharr.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Isabel and Alicia Fonseca Jackson.
Ms. Jackson is survived by her three siblings, Maria Criselda Jackson, Jose Isabel (Beth) Jackson Jr., Gerardo Javier Jackson; godson, Alejandro Javier Jackson; three nephews, Michael Camp Jackson, Jose Isabel Jackson III, Zechariah Mateo Jackson; her grandniece, Serafin Camp Jackson; and her caregiver, Juanita Torres.
Visitation will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, January 31, 2022, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment of cremated remains will be at El Capote Cemetery in Pharr, where she will be laid to rest with her mother at a later date.
We will be praying the "Novenario" for Cyndie starting on January 28, 2022, at 7 p.m. at the Jackson residence. We invite you to attend however, we understand it's difficult to be out so your thoughts and prayers are appreciated.
Cynthia was a proud PSJA Bear and loved the Dallas Cowboys. She was proud of the children in her after-school program in PSJA and at Sharyland ISD. She was always a good friend and an awesome sister. Her love for her family was what defined her. She will be greatly missed.
