Marion Henry Janik

Marion Henry Janik, 68, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at McAllen Heart Hospital.
Marion Janik was a selfless man respecting people equally no matter what race, class, or history. His big heart always saw the best in others seeding charity and love to whoever crossed his path. We will always love and remember our Tatus through all his actions and will continue to live his legacy.
He is preceded in death by his father, Marcin Janik; and a sister, Mariola Janik.
Mr. Janik is survived by his wife, Anna Janik; two children, Eric (Chelsea) Janik, Derek (Arleen) Janik; one granddaughter, Geneva Sofia Janik; a sister, Eva Sjoberg; his mother, Bogumila Gaska.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary today, November 21, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, November 22, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will take place at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a heart disease charity of your choice.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
