Gilberto Jaramillo

Gilberto Jaramillo, 67, entered eternal rest Monday, May 30, 2022, at Amara Hospice Inpatient Facility in Edinburg.
Born in Pharr, he lived in San Juan most of his life and was employed by Hidalgo County.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Margarito Jaramillo and Lydia Anaya; and a brother, Rene Jaramillo.
Gilberto is survived by his wife, Joaquina Solis; stepchildren, Gilbert Gaona, Clemente Gaona, Albert Gaona; six grandchildren; and five siblings, Gloria Gonzalez, David Jaramillo, Ruben Jaramillo, Amelia Garcia, and Rolanda Anaya.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. prayer service Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place 10 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
